§ 113.04 NUMBER OF CANNABIS ESTABLISHMENTS PERMITTED.

(A) Not more than three cannabis cultivating facilities shall be allowed to operate in the territorial jurisdiction of the city at any time. A cannabis cultivation facility must exist in conjunction with a cannabis dispensary.

(B) Not more than three cannabis dispensaries shall be allowed to operate in the territorial jurisdiction of the city at any time.

(C) Not more than three cannabis manufacturing facilities shall be allowed to operate in the territorial jurisdiction of the city at any time. A cannabis manufacturing facility must exist in conjunction with a cannabis dispensary.

(D) Zero cannabis testing facilities are allowed to operate in the territorial jurisdiction of the city.
