§ 112.02 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSEE RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The licensee of an alcoholic beverage retail establishment shall be liable as a principal for any act of an employee or apparent agent in violation of any provision of this chapter, or for failure to control the sale or dispensation of alcoholic beverages effectively in accordance with this chapter. This shall not preclude prosecution of the employee or agent, however, nor require the prosecution of more than one individual.
   (B)   Where the license is held in a corporate name, the president or chief executive officer shall be responsible for compliance with this chapter.
