§ 110.32 TRANSFERRING LICENSES AND PERMITS.
   (A)   When authorized. A licensee or permittee hereunder shall have the right to transfer his or her license or permit to another person, provided he or she shall:
      (1)   Approval of City Finance Officer or his or her designee. Obtain written permission from the City Finance Officer or his or her designee for such transfer;
      (2)   Method of transfer. Execute the transfer in the form and under the conditions required by law and as prescribed by the City Finance Officer or his or her designee;
      (3)   Notification. Promptly report the completed act of transfer to the City Finance Officer or his or her designee; and
      (4)   Surrender license or permit. Promptly surrender any license or permit certificate and, when required by the City Finance Officer or his or her designee, all licensing insignia.
   (B)   New license or permit issued. Upon the completion of a transfer of license or permit in compliance with division (A) above, the City Finance Officer or his or her designee shall issue a new license or permit and insignia to the transferee for the unexpired term of the old license or permit.
      (1)   Effect of new license or permit. The new license or permit issued hereunder shall authorize the transferee to engage in the same business at the same location or at such other place as shall be approved by the City Finance Officer or his or her designee and named in the new license or permit.
      (2)   Transfer fee. The City Finance Officer or his or her designee shall collect a transfer fee of $5 from the transferee prior to the issuance of the new license or permit.
