§ 93.44 NONCOMMERCIAL HAULING REQUIREMENTS.
   Any vehicle, trailer or wagon used for noncommercial hauling of garbage, yard waste, rubble, junk or solid waste shall be equipped and covered to ensure no spillage may occur on the streets or on public rights-of-way to the point of disposal.
