§ 93.26 MATERIAL USED FOR LAND STABILIZATION OR LANDFILL.
   Concrete, brick, block, tile and other like material, excluding asphalt base materials, may be used as a landfill or land stabilizer in conjunction with §§ 159.115 through 159.122, provided that written approval by the Director of Public Works or his or her designee is issued prior to dumping.
