§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person in violation of §§ 92.15 through 92.29 of this chapter shall, in addition to those penalties contained in this chapter, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of §§ 92.15 through 92.29 or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
