§ 92.28 BALANCE OF SALE PROCEEDS; UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
   If the balance of the proceeds of any such disposal is greater than $50, such balance shall be declared unclaimed property and turned over to the State Treasurer, as set forth in SDCL Ch. 43-41B, Unclaimed Property.
