SCHEDULE I. SNOW ROUTES.
   (A)   Routes. The following streets, avenues, drives, trails and roads are declared emergency snow routes:
      (1)   The entirety of Deadwood Street, Verendrye Drive, Park Avenue, Sale Barn Road, Port Charlotte Avenue, Rousseau Avenue, Laramie Trail, Telegraph Trail, Black and Yellow Trail, Lindsay Trail from Laramie Trail to Black and Yellow Trail and North Second Street;
      (2)   Seventh Avenue from Deadwood Street to Marion Street;
      (3)   Fifth Avenue East from First Street to Missouri Street, then Missouri Street north from Fifth Avenue to Sixth Avenue, then Sixth Avenue east from Missouri Street to Marion Street then Marion Street north from Sixth Avenue to Ninth Avenue then Ninth Avenue from Marion Street to First Street;
      (4)   Second Avenue east from First Street to Deadwood Street and Main Avenue west from Deadwood Street to Fifth Street, then Fifth Street south from Main Avenue to First Avenue, then First Avenue from Fifth Street to Second Street;
      (5)   Fourth Street north from Park Avenue to Cedar Avenue then west on Cedar Avenue to city limits;
      (6)   Casey Tibbs Street south from Ash Avenue to Scotty Philip Avenue;
      (7)   Scotty Philip Avenue east from First Street to Two Rivers Street then Two Rivers Street south from Scotty Philip Avenue to Laframboise Drive and Laframboise Drive from Two Rivers Street to Scotty Phillips Avenue;
      (8)   Skerrols Street from U.S. Highway 14/34 to Islay Avenue, then west on Islay Avenue to Mull Street, then north on Mull Street to Jura Avenue, then west on Jura Avenue to Tiree Drive, then north and west on Tiree Drive to Waldron Street, then south on Waldron Street to U.S. Highway 14/34; and
      (9)   Waldron Street north from Tiree Drive to Dakota Avenue then Dakota Avenue east from Waldron Street to Levee Street then Levee Street north from Dakota Avenue to Pheba Avenue then Pheba Avenue east to Whispering Shores Drive then Whispering Shores Drive north from Pheba Avenue to Rousseau Avenue.

   (B)   Penalty. Any vehicle in direct violation of this schedule shall be fined in accordance with § 72.99(D) and/or be removed or caused to be removed by local law enforcement and towed to a place of safety. The cost of such towing and any storage charges shall be paid by the owner of the vehicle in addition to the prescribed fine prior to release of the vehicle.
