§ 72.07 BLOCKING ACCESS OR RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   It is unlawful to block the sidewalk or entrance to any driveway, alley or other public property. Motor vehicles so parked are subject to removal and impoundment by the proper law enforcement authority.
