§ 72.04 PARKING ORIENTATION IN PARKING LOTS.
   (A)   Motor vehicles shall be parked in parking lots as indicated by pavement markings. Where no such markings exist, vehicles may be parked in any manner so that entrance or exit is not blocked and no other vehicles are trapped.
   (B)   It is unlawful to park in such a manner that access is blocked to any vehicle entering, located in or leaving the lot.
