§ 52.08 RETAIL CUSTOMER DEFINED.
   For purposes of §§ 52.09 and 52.10 of this chapter, RETAIL CUSTOMERS are defined as those customers located inside the corporate limits as well as those customers outside the city limits but within the West Central Electric Cooperative’s, or its successor’s, territorial service area.
