§ 52.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ELECTRICAL ENERGY. Single-phase, 220 volt, 60 hertz alternating current. The city cannot and does not warrant quality or quantity of such electrical energy, but will make every reasonable effort to ensure delivery of continuous, usable electrical energy.
