§ 35.86 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
   CITY TREE. Any tree on city property or in the public right-of-way.
   TREE COMMISSION. The Tree Commis-sion of the city.
