§ 35.68 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Police Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of City Council as provided in KRS 83A.080.
   (B)   All other police officers shall be appointed by the Mayor at will.
   (C)   Every member of the police force shall take an oath to faithfully perform the duties of his office, that he possesses the required qualifications and that he will not interfere in any election.
