§ 35.67 MEMBERS; RANK AND TITLE.

Members of the Police Department shall hold one of the following ranks and titles only: Police Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Detective, Police Specialist, Police Officer Grade I, Police Officer Grade II, or Police Recruit.
