§ 155.20 DESIGNATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.
   The City Council hereby appoints the Mayor of the city, or the Mayor's designee to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
