Pursuant to KRS 82.600 there is hereby created a Hearing Board empowered to conduct hearings for violations of this Chapter 72. The Hearing Board shall be composed of not less than one and not more than three persons appointed by the Mayor by executive order for a term of two years and who may likewise be removed at will by executive order. The Mayor may appoint himself or herself to the Hearing Board. The Hearing Board may appoint one or more hearing officers to conduct hearings. Any action of the hearing officer shall be deemed to be the action of the Hearing Board.
