§ 35.01 NONSALARIED POSITIONS.
   Volunteer officers and volunteer members of the Fire Department, and members of the Park and Recreation Board shall receive no compensation or salary for their services, but may receive a stipend to cover expenses, which is intended to cover costs to attend training, gas, mileage, and other out of pocket costs.
