§ 33.19 OPPORTUNITIES FOR PUBLIC COMMENT TO BE PROVIDED.

During any City Council meeting at which an inducement resolution or ordinance for a project covered by this subchapter is considered, a reasonable opportunity shall be given for the public to provide comments concerning the bond issue.
