The applicant shall give notice in writing to the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and any other group which has filed a written request with the City Clerk for notification of the filing of applications, on the same day the application is filed with the City Clerk. The notice shall briefly describe the project; give the location of the project; state the amount of the proposed bond issue; give the date of at least one of the City Council meetings at which the project shall be presented for review including the date of the meeting; and inform the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce or other group of its opportunity to comment to the City Council on the project. A copy of the notice or notices shall be filed with the City Clerk prior to passage of the inducement resolution. The City Council shall consider any comments received as a result of the notice or notices.
