(A) Section 101.1 on page thereof 1, is hereby amended as follows:
101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Fort Mitchell, hereinafter referred to as “this code.”

(H) Section 602.3, on page 17 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached to Ord. 2005-04, passed 4-18-05, and incorporated herein by reference.
(I) Section 602.4, on page 17 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached to Ord. 2005-04, passed 4-18-05, and incorporated herein by reference.
