§ 150.42 POWERS OF STATE FIRE MARSHAL.
   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed to enlarge or extend the rights, powers, and privileges of the State Fire Marshall within the city, except that the State Fire Marshall may investigate the cause, origin and circumstances of fires for the proper detecting and suppressing of arson and minimizing or preventing fire loss.
