§ 150.41 ENFORCEMENT OF STANDARDS OF SAFETY.
   The Standard of Safety enacted in § 150.01, shall be enforced by the Chief of the Fire Department, who is hereby designated as the Local Fire Marshal and the Local Fire Official referred to in KRS Chapter 227 and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
