There is established an agreement of reciprocity between this city and any other city or county in which there exists a resolution basically containing the provisions of this Electrical Code and upon application made by the city or county to the Kentucky State Building and Housing Department, licenses granted under a resolution shall be recognized as fulfilling the requirements of that Code.
