The city hereby designates the Kentucky State Building and Housing Department as an examining and appeal board in order to administer the Electrical Code adopted in §150.01. The Kentucky State Building and Housing Department may issue and revoke licenses; hear and settle disputes of code questions and how it shall apply in the affected area; conduct and make regulations for conducting examinations of applicants, govern the method and time of making applications for examinations and the time within which applicant shall be examined after application has been filed;provide for the means of payment for permits andcosts of administration; and adopt other reasonable regulations to administer the Electrical Code.
