§ 150.14 HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON AERIALS, TOWERS AND ANTENNAS.
   (A)   No aerial, transmission tower, receiving tower, antenna, monitor or similar device for the reception or transmission of radio or television signals or electrical or electronic emissions shall be erected or permitted within the city to a height in excess of 25 feet from the highest point of the building to which same is attached.
   (B)   If the device is not attached to any building, but stands freely of itself or on a supporting tower or pole or other standard, it may not exceed a height of 50 feet from the ground level at the base thereof.
