§ 150.13 OCCUPANCY PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   In addition to all requirements for occupancy permits as contained in the Building Code, and other applicable codes, the Building Inspector or any individual or entity authorized by the city to issue occupancy permits may, as a condition precedent to the issuance of the permit, also require of the person applying for the permit, that appropriate tests for sewer line location be conducted, that a plan showing the exact location of sewer lines be submitted, and, as to dwellings to be occupied by two or more families or containing two or more housekeeping units, a sworn or unsworn statement or affidavit may be required stating the number of individuals or families that will occupy the premises or housekeeping units.
