The International Property Maintenance Code published by the International Code Council, Inc., together with any amendments and/or supplements from time to time adopted, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city, except for the specific provisions set forth in § 150.60 hereof, is hereby adopted as the property maintenance code of the city for the control of buildings and structures. Each and all of the regulations of the International Property Maintenance Code, together with any amendments and/or supplements from time to time adopted, except those specific sections of such code set forth in § 150.60, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof as if fully set out herein.
