§ 112.02 MINOR IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm, partnership or corporation whose primary business operation in the city is the maintenance in the city for public use of amusement devices, shall permit, for compensation, charge or regard, any minor under 18 years of age to play or operate any device, unless the minor shall have first displayed an identification card containing his name, age, photograph and the signature of his parents or guardian.
   (B)   Any minor who enters any business establishment as hereinbefore defined shall keep the identification card required by division (A) on his person, and it shall be subject to inspection at any time by any peace officer.
