§ 93.66 NUMBERING ON NORTH/SOUTH STREETS.
   On streets running north and south, the east side of these streets shall be numbered with even numbers, and the west side of these streets shall be numbered with odd numbers, and the numbers shall commence at the north end of these streets, and shall proceed southwardly. That is, the west side of the street, beginning at the north end shall be numbered one, three, five, seven, nine and so forth, and so continue to the south end, and the east side beginning at the north end shall start with two, four, six, eight and so forth, and so continue to the south end of the street.
