Any person desiring to erect an awning or marquee must submit a sketch of the proposed awning or marquee to the Building Inspector for approval. Upon approval, the Building Inspector shall issue a permit for which the applicant will pay a fee as provided for in the Building Code, the terms of which are herewith incorporated as though set out and reiterated herein.
