§ 93.51 MARQUEE REGULATIONS.
   Marquees may be erected in the city only in accordance with the following specifications:
   (A)   A marquee extending two feet or less from the building must be at least ten feet in height at the lowest point.
   (B)   A marquee extending more than two feet from the building must be at least 12 feet in height at its lowest point.
   (C)   No marquee may extend out beyond a distance of two feet from the curb line of the road.
   (D)   Each marquee must be provided with proper drainage through downspouts connected to a sewer, in a manner as to prevent any water from running down on to the sidewalks.
