§ 93.38 REMOVAL OF ICE, SNOW AND OTHER DEBRIS.
   All resident persons, firms or corporations occupying any real property and the owners of any vacant real property, whether vacant lots or vacant improved real property, within the territorial limits of the city, shall keep the sidewalks which abut or which may be in the public right-of-way which abut the occupied or vacant real property free from all ice, slush, snow, waste paper, trash, refuse, leaves, building materials, dirt and all foreign matter, whatever its nature, and free of all overhanging bushes, shrubs, trees and other vegetation, which in any way might impair the health, safety and comfort of the general public using the sidewalk.
