§ 91.23 FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS.
   (A)   Gasoline kept in barrels and tanks holding more than two gallons shall not be kept in any house or closed room, but may be kept in larger quantities in an open shed outside of a building.
   (B)   No person shall purchase or sell gasoline, naphtha, benzol or lacquer thinner in any glass container.
