§ 91.22 POSSESSION OF EXPLOSIVES.

No person shall keep within the city any dynamite, nitroglycerine or gun cotton. Persons engaged in blasting may keep a sufficient quantity while engaged in their work, but all surplus must be removed from the city at the close of working hours.
