(A) Any person, firm or corporation charged with any of the following parking violations shall be assessed a fine in the following amount:
(1) Blocking an alley, driveway, or street: $25.
(2) Parking at a bus stop: $25.
(3) Parking too close to a fire plug: $50.
(4) Improper parking: $25.
(5) Parking in a loading zone: $25.
(6) Unauthorized parking in a designated handicapped parking area: $50.
(7) Overtime parking: $25.
(8) Parking in a prohibited area: $25.
(9) Parking within 30 feet of an intersection corner: $25.
(10) Parking on any city street during a snow emergency: $25 for the first offense, $50 for a second offense occurring within 12 months of the first offense, and $100 for a third or subsequent offense occurring within 12 months of the first offense.
(11) Obstructing traffic: $25.
(12) Double parking: $25.
(B) If any fine set forth in this section is not paid within the deadlines set forth in the chart below, the fines shall be increased by the amounts shown below:

(C) Any days over 60 days shall be assessed an additional fine in the amount of $1 per day.
