§ 42.04 UNLAWFUL HOUSING PRACTICES.
   It is hereby unlawful for any person to refuse to sell, lease, and/or transfer real property or attempt to evict or otherwise treat differently any person based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age (over the age of 40), disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or familial status.
