§ 1-3-3 CONTINUING PROVISIONS.
   The provisions appearing in this code, so far as they are the same as those of the 1953 Municipal Code of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, and all ordinances adopted subsequent thereto and included herein, shall be considered as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.
