§ 35.53 REPORT OF TRUSTEES TO CITY COUNCIL.

The Board of Trustees of the Policemen's and Firefighters' Pension Fund shall make a report in writing, signed by the President and Secretary of said Board, to the City Council, of the condition of said Pension Fund, on the first meeting in September of City Council in each and every year.
