§ 35.49 PERSONS ENTITLED TO BENEFITS.

No person shall be entitled to receive any pension from the said Pension Fund under KRS 95.761 to 95.785 except a regularly retired member or a regular member in the said Police or Fire Department, his or her widow, or children under the age of 14 years, or dependent mother or father.
