(A) A person who violates any provision of § 97.11 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250. Each violation and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Each violation of §§ 97.50 through 97.60 shall constitute a civil offense. If a citation of violation is not contested, the civil fine shall be $100 for the first offense, and shall be $200 for the second offense. If a citation of violation is contested the civil fine shall be $200 for the first offense and $400 for the second offense.
