The Policies and Procedures Manual and Rules and Standards of Conduct for the Fort Thomas Police Department, attached as Exhibit A of Ordinance O-12-2019, passed June 17, 2019, be and the same are hereby adopted by reference as the official Policies and Procedures Manual and Rules and Standards of Conduct for the Police Department and each of its members.
