ORDINANCE NO. O-24-95

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTS TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY.

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the 1994 and 1995 Supplements to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Thomas, which supplements contain all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Kentucky Code; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Kentucky;

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Council of the City of Fort Thomas, State of Kentucky:

   SECTION I.

   That the 1994 and 1995 Supplements to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as set out in its entirety.

   SECTION II.

   That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.
