(A) The city hereby adopts the updated comprehensive plan for the city which is designated "An Addendum to the Comprehensive Plan as Adopted in 1969" originally dated September 16, 1980, which is entitled "Exhibit A" and is adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein. (B) The resolution adopted and approved by the City Planning Commission on December16, 1982, and known as Resolution R-4-98, which resolution further updated the comprehensive plan of the city; such changes made a part of this section are hereby adopted, approved, and ratified as same are in conformity with the statement of goals and objectives of the comprehensive plan of the city. The land use map changes approved by the City Planning Commission by Resolution R-4-98, adopted on December16, 1982 are hereby also approved and adopted as an amendment to the comprehensive plan in accordance with KRS 100.193.
