§ 131.06 CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REVIEW AND REPORT.
   Twelve months after the enactment of this chapter, the City Administrative Officer shall review the enforcement thereof, and report and make recommendations to City Council regarding the effectiveness thereof and the continuing need therefor. The report of the City Administrative Officer shall specifically include the following information:
      (1)   The practicality of enforcing the chapter and any problems with the enforcement identified by the police department;
      (2)   A comparison of crime statistics prior to and after the enactment of this chapter;
      (3)   The percentage of persons charged with violation of this chapter who are successfully prosecuted for violation of the chapter; and
      (4)   The city's cost of overtime and cost of enforcing this chapter.
