§ 131.03 OFFENSES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment during curfew hours.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian having legal custody of a minor to allow such minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment during curfew hours.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any owner, operator or employee of an establishment to knowingly permit, or allow by insufficient supervision and control, or otherwise, any minor to remain upon the premises of the establishment during curfew hours.
