§ 130.05 SALE OR TRANSFER OF TOXIC GLUE TO PERSON UNDER CERTAIN AGE.
   (A)   As used in this section the term TOXIC GLUE shall mean any glue, adhesive cement, mucilage, plastic solvent, or other adhesive containing toluene, acetone, xylene, butyl alcohol, hexane, tricresyl phosphate, or other toxic ingredient.
   (B)   No person shall, for the purpose of violating or aiding another to violate any provision of this section, intentionally possess, buy, sell, barter, loan, give away, transfer possession, or receive possession of any toxic glue.
   (C)   No person shall sell or transfer possession of any toxic glue to another person under 18 years of age except that one tube of glue may be sold at any one time to a person under 18 years of age provided that the tube is included in a kit for the assembly of a model airplane, automobile, boat, or other unassembled model, or that a kit not having glue packaged therein is sold in conjunction with the sale of one tube of glue.
   (D)   All persons, firms or corporations offering toxic glue for sale to the public from any merchandising establishment shall not display, exhibit, or store such glue where it is readily accessible to the public. The term "readily accessible" shall mean that the glue can be easily reached and reduced to possession by anyone from any area within the establishment to which the public is freely permitted access, provided, that if the glue is kept, stored or displayed within a completely enclosed compartment and kept locked at all times, except when servicing the compartment or conducting a sale, then this section shall be deemed complied with.
   (E)   No person shall inhale, drink, eat, or otherwise introduce into his respiratory or circulatory system any toxic glue with the intent of becoming intoxicated, elated, paralyzed, irrational, or in any manner changing, distorting, or disturbing the eyesight, thinking process, judgment, balance, or coordination of the person. For the purpose of this section, any such condition so induced shall be deemed to be an intoxicated condition.
