§ 130.04 POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY PERSON UNDER CERTAIN AGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to have in his possession any alcoholic beverages, or to purchase, receive, obtain, or attempt to purchase, receive, or obtain for himself or others, alcoholic beverages as defined by the Kentucky Revised Statutes through the use of or by means of any misstatement or misrepresentation of his age, either orally or by exhibiting an incorrect, false, fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit identification card, driver's license, written instrument or other document.
