§ 115.06 DISPLAY OF COMPANY NAME AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
   (A)   Every taxicab used for carrying passengers for hire shall have the name of the taxicab company painted on each side of the taxicab so as to be readily visible and in a manner approved by the City Administrative Officer.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or driver to operate a taxicab in the city unless the driver's cardboard license is displayed in the taxicab in a conspicuous place so that it is in full view of the passengers. (Ord. 0-36-75, passed 12-15-75)
