(A) No holder of a NQ-2 retail drink license, NQ-3 retail drink license, NQ-4 retail malt beverage drink license, quota retail drink license, microbrewery license or special temporary license may sell alcoholic beverages at retail by the drink between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, except Sunday. On Sunday, no alcoholic beverages may be sold at retail by the drink between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
(B) No holder of a NQ retail malt beverage package license or quota retail package license may sell alcoholic beverages at retail by the package between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, except Sunday. On Sunday, no alcoholic beverages may be sold at retail by the package between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
